Hey, Bobcat Fans!

This year is going to be a fantastic year. The volleyball team is looking very good. They have already been named D’Hanis tournament champions. The football team is also looking for a good season with a new head coach; go, Coach Wardlaw!

All the Bobcats and Lady Cats are getting ready for great seasons. The Lady Cats have a 13-3 record in volleyball. We played La Pryor on Tuesday night, and both JV and Varsity came out on top.  We had a tournament in Harper on the 2nd and 4th, and finished in second place. Come and support your Lady Cats!

In football action, the Bobcats won 27-20 over San Marcos Baptist Academy, and defeated Charlotte on the road this past Friday.

Our cross country team has been running at six a.m. every morning. They had their first meet last Wednesday in Uvalde. Way to go, Bobcats!

Please keep the town of Medina in your prayers… PDF Print Email

A tragedy has struck the town of Medina, and the people there could use your prayers and support.

Crystal Haynes and her husband Bo Haynes were involved in a very serious motorcycle accident on Sunday. Crystal lost her life, and Bo is at University Hospital. He lost a leg below the knee.

They are the parents of Michael Haynes, the Medina High School pole vaulter who participated in the UIL State Track Meet just a week earlier.

PLease keep the family and the Medina community in your prayers.
