The Edison Golden Bears had time to rest after their loss to La Vernia and their victory over Hondo.

The Ray Lady Texans had no time rest after their hard-fought victory over Navarro.

The difference couldn't have been more pronounced. Edison stormed to a 15-3 lead on their way to a 25-8, 25-14 sweep of Corpus Christi Ray in the Gold Bracket Consolation Final of the Floresville Tournament Saturday afternoon.
