Softball: Center Point 12, D’Hanis 7 PDF Print Email

The Center Point Lady Pirates, behind homers by Cassy Coldwell and Brittney Butler, defeated D’Hanis 12-7 Tuesday in D’Hanis.

The Lady Pirates have now improved to 6-0 in district play, and will be hosting an SAsports.com Softball Tour Stop April 16th at 5:00 in Center Point.

Softball: Hondo vs. D’Hanis PDF Print Email

The Hondo Owls scored two runs in the first inning, enroute to a 3-0 victory over the D’Hanis Cowgirls Thursday at the Hondo Softball Tournament.

Haley Richter of Hondo threw a five-hit shutout for the win; Tana Lewis took the loss for the Cowgirls. Both teams are expected to compete for playoff berths in their respective districts.

Boys Basketball: TMI vs. D’Hanis PDF Print Email

A new year, a new decade, and another boys basketball game that went down to the wire on Monday night.

The TMI Panthers, led by 14 points each from Sean Myers and Andrew Lane, defeated the D’Hanis Cowboys 55-54 in overtime.
