In the past few weeks the Center Point Lady Pirates became District Champs in softball, going 9-0. The Lady Pirates earned a bye in the Bi-District round and faced Woodsboro in the Area round, losing 6-2 and 10-2. Congratulations to the Lady Pirates on a fabulous season. In track, Chris Frazier competed in the Regional meet in Huntsville, placing 6th in the triple jump. Congratulations, Chris.
Upcoming events at Center Point High School include: FFA banquet on May 13, Sports Banquet May 20, and Graduation on May 28. June 7-9th will be our All Sports Camp for K-incoming 9th graders. We will also be having a 7-on-7 football league and volleyball league.

The Center Point Lady Pirates, behind homers by Cassy Coldwell and Brittney Butler, defeated D’Hanis 12-7 Tuesday in D’Hanis.
The Lady Pirates have now improved to 6-0 in district play, and will be hosting an SAsports.com Softball Tour Stop April 16th at 5:00 in Center Point.
